What is a doula?
A doula can be there every step of the way, helping this experience to unfold its natural beauty.
Doulas are trained labour companions who provide a woman and her partner continuous emotional support, physical comfort and assistance in obtaining information before, during and just after child birth, so that their birth can be everything they believe it should be.
I am available for home and hospital births in the North Bay, Ontario area.
Why hire a doula?
